Terms and Conditions:

The Cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Gas and electricity included. Telephone accepts incoming calls and emergency outgoing calls and there is a payphone available within 100 yards. You are responsible for paying for the replacement of any damaged or lost items in the cottage. Pets by arrangement only.

A deposit of 25% will be required to hold your booking, the outstanding amount to be received 4 weeks prior to your holiday.

Cancellations must be notified immediately by phone and written confirmation by post.
You are responsible for the full cost of hire less any monies received through re-let.
